What your efforts support:
For over 119 years, the iconic hill at 2901 N. 7th Street has been a beacon of care for
Wausau, evolving from a pioneering hospital to the thriving Forest Park Village senior
adult community we know today.
In 1990, Homme Home of Wittenberg, with its own rich 143-year history of serving
seniors, revitalized this landmark, creating a “shining city on the hill” – a continuing
testament to compassionate care.
Forest Park Village caters to a variety of senior needs. For independent living, we offer
70 vibrant apartments. The Gardens provides assisted living with one- and two-
bedroom options. Stone Crest is our dedicated memory care community with 16 beds.
Additionally, our Homme Adult Day Center program offers community outreach,
specifically designed for seniors with Alzheimer’s and dementia who are living at home
with family.
Imagine: over 282 years of combined dedication of community service, rooted in the
heart of Wausau. This is the legacy you’ll be supporting at our inaugural Over the Hill 5K
Walk and Fun Run!
